Terms and Conditions of 356bet – Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 356bet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website https://356bet.express. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any 356bet service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms in their most current version.

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• Account: a personal, non-transferable profile created by the User on the 356bet platform to access sports betting and casino services;
• Balance: amount available in BRL in the User's account to place bets and play games;
• Bet: transaction carried out by the User based on the odds made available by 356bet for sports events or casino games;
• Bonus: promotional credit granted by 356bet subject to specific wagering requirements;
• KYC (Know Your Customer): identity verification process required to unlock withdrawals and meet legal obligations;
• Pix: instant payment system from the Central Bank of Brazil used for deposits and withdrawals at 356bet.

By registering on the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision set out here, you should not create an account or use 356bet's services.

To create an account on 356bet, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have an active email address and a Brazilian mobile number for communications and verification;
• Not appearing on any sports betting or casino self-exclusion list in Brazil;
• Not have a previously closed account due to a violation of these Terms.

Each User may hold a single active account at 356bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or from the same device is strictly prohibited and subject to the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with possible retention of pending balances as set out in Section 10.

By registering, the User confirms that all information provided — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, and banking details — is truthful, accurate, and up to date. 356bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify registration details.

The process of identity verification (KYC) is required to process withdrawals. The User must submit a legible photo of an official government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) along with a selfie holding the document. Review takes up to 24 business hours after full documentation is submitted.

356bet offers betting on more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa Libertadores, Copa do Brasil, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis, e-sports, and Formula 1. Sport-specific rules are available on the platform at the time of placing a bet.

General betting rules:

• Bets may only be placed using real available account balance — betting with a negative balance or on credit is not permitted;
• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00. The maximum amount per bet varies depending on the event, sport, and market selected;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds. Any subsequent changes do not affect bets already confirmed;
• Live bets are subject to technical delays. 356bet reserves the right to void bets placed with an unfair information advantage (for example, bets placed after a goal is scored but before the odds are updated);
• In the event of an abandoned, postponed, or canceled event, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of each sport — generally with a refund of the wagered amount at unit odds (1.00);
• Parlays (accumulators) with 4 or more selections are eligible for a 10% bonus on returns, as described in Section 5.

The cashout allows the User to partially or fully cash out a bet before the event ends, at the value displayed at the time of the request. Cashout is not available for all markets and may be temporarily suspended for technical or operational reasons.

356bet operates exclusively in Brazilian Real (BRL). No foreign currency conversion is involved in any transactions on the platform. All amounts displayed, wagered, and withdrawn are denominated in R$.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix — minimum deposit of R$ 20.00 with instant account credit. Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — settlement period of up to 3 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) — processed in up to 30 minutes;
• PicPay — credit within up to 1 hour after payment confirmation;
• Mercado Pago — credit within up to 1 hour after payment confirmation;
• TED Transfer by Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa Econômica Federal. Processing time of up to 2 business hours.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals via Pix are processed within 15 minutes for accounts with approved KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00;
• Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 5 business days, depending on the financial institution;
• Withdrawals are only released to the same account or payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless expressly authorized by 356bet upon submission of supporting documentation;
• 356bet does not charge processing fees on withdrawals;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived balance are subject to fulfillment of the wagering requirements described in Section 5;
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, 356bet may place withdrawals on hold for up to 30 days for internal review.

356bet offers promotions and bonuses for both new and existing customers. Accepting any bonus implies agreement with the specific terms of that promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Welcome bonus (150% on first deposit):

• Valid for the first deposit only, for new Users, with a minimum amount of R$ 20.00 via Pix;
• The bonus equals 150% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of R$ 1,000.00 in bonus credits;
• Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert a bonus into withdrawable balance, the User must meet a wagering requirement (rollover) of 5x (five times) the total amount (deposit + bonus) on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection;
• The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses after this period are automatically cancelled with no right to compensation;
• Cancelled bets, early cashouts, and bets placed on markets excluded from promotions do not count toward the wagering requirement.

Accumulator bonus (+10%): multi-leg bets with 4 or more selections and minimum individual odds of 1.30 per selection automatically receive a 10% boost on net returns. The accumulator bonus is credited directly as real balance upon bet settlement.

Weekly cashback (10%): calculated every Monday based on net losses from sports betting in the previous week. The cashback credit is made available as bonus balance with a wagering requirement of 1x (one time) the amount received.

356bet's casino features live games with real dealers (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live poker), slots from certified providers, crash games, and progressive jackpots. All games on the platform use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent audits or, in the case of the live casino, human dealers streamed in real time.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed in each product's interface before the round begins;
• Casino game results are final and not subject to review, except in cases of a documented technical failure confirmed by 356bet;
• If a disconnection occurs during a game round, the outcome is determined by the platform's server. The User does not lose the wagered amount in cases of disconnection before the round begins;
• Progressive jackpots are shared across all players in the provider's network. The displayed amount is an estimate and may change up until the draw;
• 356bet may remove or replace games from its catalog at any time for technical, contractual, or regulatory reasons, without prior notice.

356bet believes gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. That's why we offer a set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from each User's profile:

• Deposit limit: the User may set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Bet limit: restriction on the maximum stake per individual bet or per period;
• Loss limit: loss limit per period, after which additional bets are blocked until the next cycle begins;
• Temporary break: voluntary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registering using the same CPF. Permanent self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable.

The User agrees to use 356bet's services in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account on the platform using the same CPF or in someone else's name;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process;
• Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other mechanism to place bets automatically or to exploit odds errors;
• Engaging in systematic odds arbitrage ("arbing"), including hedging bets across different platforms, with the sole purpose of guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome;
• Sharing account login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of sports events or obtain privileged information for betting purposes;
• Making deposits using credit cards or bank accounts that do not belong to you.

356bet monitors betting patterns and may suspend accounts for review whenever suspicious behavior is identified. Accounts closed for conduct violations are not entitled to a refund of bonus balances, but are entitled to a refund of any unused real deposit balance following the completion of an internal review.

356bet processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Creation, maintenance, and verification of the User's account;
• Processing deposits, bets, and withdrawals;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements;
• Operational communications related to the account (transaction confirmations, security alerts);
• With the User's express consent: sending promotional communications and personalized offers.

356bet does not sell, transfer, or share Users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data sharing occurs only when required by competent authorities (Receita Federal, Banco Central do Brasil, the Judiciary) or when necessary for the execution of contracted services (payment processors, KYC providers).

Users have the right, at any time, to request access to, correction, portability, anonymization, or deletion of their personal data, as set out in Articles 18 and 19 of the LGPD. Requests must be sent to privacidade@356bet.express and will be answered within 15 business days.

The User may close their 356bet account at any time by submitting a request via email to contato@356bet.express. Voluntary account closure results in the available real-money balance being processed to the registered Pix key or bank account within 5 business days of the request.

356bet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Detection of platform use by a person under 18 years of age;
• Multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, or device;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money deposit balances may be held for up to 180 days during the internal review process and may be returned to the original payment method once the process is complete.

356bet is committed to providing a stable, secure, and highly available platform. However, as a digital service that relies on third-party infrastructure (servers, telecommunications networks, payment processors), we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.

356bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed based on tips published on the platform — tips are informational analysis only, not guarantees of outcome;
• Service interruptions caused by internet provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized use of the User's account resulting from a shared password, an unlocked device, or other security negligence on the part of the User;
• Odds fluctuations on live bets resulting from the natural flow of sporting events;
• Consequences of irresponsible use of the platform, including financial losses beyond what the User can afford.

356bet's total liability to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in that User's account at the time of the disputed event.

356bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, due to changes in Brazil's online betting regulatory framework, product updates, or other operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days' notice before the new version takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account before the effective date, following the procedure described in Section 10.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled in the court of the User's place of domicile, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
